Recognized for its distinctive honeycomb-like cap, this premium mushroom is highly aromatic and rich in umami. Known in European cuisine as “Morel,” Chinese-grown dried morels are particularly prized in fine Chinese and Western dishes.
【Growing Environment】
Grows on the ground in deciduous and mixed forests, often around dead trees, at altitudes of 1,500 – 3,000 m. Harvested from early spring to early summer (March – June).
【Distribution】
Yunnan Province, Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province.

High in protein, low in fat, rich in dietary fiber, vitamin D, and iron. Known for antioxidant effects, immune support, digestive benefits, and overall nourishment.
